IN PERSON:
£70 per 50min individual ~ £85 per 55min couples
ONLINE ~ £65 for 45mins individual, £80 for 55min online couples
Meeting in safe dedicated premises located in Glade Road, Marlow.
Enquiries: Please give one week's notice as the service diary is busy.
Psychotherapist and counsellor: A reduced fee scheme is available for NHS staff and other key workers online.
POLICY: Safety contract mutually completed and signed ~ Payments to be made by the day of the session. A 48 hr cancellation policy operates

Regaining Focus
In the West, modern life has become increasingly complex and reactive in the digital era. Our autonomic nervous systems are having to cope with multiple demands to respond to stimuli whether desired or not, and this over-stimulation can lead to become habituated to a state of heightened activity.
Research has identified multiple negative effects to this over exposure which include impairment in focussing, short attention span, poor memory and emotional upset from unfulfilled gratification.
Once habituated it is common to seek further stimulation, in itself an addictive process.
The detrimental effects associated with ‘on-line brain’, are increasingly mirroring symptoms of an autistic nature. In my work post Covid I've clearly seen the deep need for peace and the yearning to settle and regain focus.
An empathic place of refuge is a central feature of the therapeutic endeavour.
